1. No account, no personal details
Scroll the Torah (formerly JQuotes) works without an account. We never ask for your e-mail address or a password. Your favorites, your personal notes and your settings stay on your phone.
2. What helps us improve the app
Like most apps, Scroll the Torah measures how it is used: which screens are opened, which quotes are liked, whether a subscription is active, and whether the app crashes. Your answers during the first launch (first name, habits, what you are looking for) help personalize your feed. All of this is tied to a random identifier, not to your name or e-mail. Nothing is sold or rented to anyone.
3. Partners
We rely on a few trusted services: PostHog (usage measurement, hosted in the European Union), Sentry (crash reports), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Apple (payments). To know whether our ads work, a few events such as "app installed" or "trial started" are also shared with Meta.
4. Advertising and tracking on iOS
When the app asks whether it may track you, it is for this advertising measurement only. If you decline, nothing changes in the app and your device's advertising identifier is never used. You can change your mind at any time in your phone's Settings, under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the data linked to your identifier. Just write to contact@meetirox.eu. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone.
6. Children
The app is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
7. Changes
If our practices change, we update this page and the date above.
